One of the arches that I had not been to for some time. Here is one of the late evening captures taken when I hiked through the light rain (storm has just passed with heavy rains) and hiked out to Landscape Arch. Was able to adjust the hotels and make these changes while in Sedona.

of course I did watch the weather and in about mid trip made a trip change destination that placed us at Bryce for a night, and at Arches for two nights based on the 'cooler' weather and chance for storms at these locations versus the other hotter spots and clearer skies that we were going to visit. So you could have watched me lying on the rock holding my camera with stretched out arms in front of me - just above the water - rotating my polarization filter to get the best reflection possible while looking right into the glistening sun.

That was really a bit tricky as I had no chance to position my camera very well. As always, my dear flickr-friends, I was looking for my own perspective of a well known landscapes and therefore I climbed up a rock and luckily I found a small puddle of water from last nights rain and so I tried to catch the reflection of the arch in the water.
